When is it?
- September 18th (Monday) to September 29th (Friday) inclusive.
- Days: Mondays, Wednesdays & Friday.
- Times: 9:00am to 10:00am
What will you do?
- Functional Movement Screen – Evaluate how you are moving and what you need to do to improve.
- Warm Up – Learn to do this better.
- Speed – Improve your physical and technical abilities.
- Strength – Build your functional strength.
- Flexibility – Increase this to be injury free.
What to bring?
- Wear training/athletic clothing with closed in shoes
- Spare shirt
- Sunscreen, hat & water bottle
- Option 1: Full Camp (6 sessions) $150
- Option 2: One Week (3 session) $83
- Option 3: Casual $30
