SportsCore (Mat Pilates)

Combining the best of Joseph Pilates’ work with the latest research, and integrating what we have learned from great surgeons and physiotherapists, we have developed a program that primarily targets and strengthens the trunk, pelvic floor and hips, and decreases the likelihood of injury.

The 45-minute session is run by former Track & Field athlete, Katy Rushton, and is recommended by some of the top physiotherapists, doctors and chiropractors in Brisbane.

Please note that all clients must attend an Initial Consultation with Katy prior to joining a class.
